Join me for a one of a kind six-week movement program with play and connection at its core.  

Where you get to 'play with' different concepts - through movement and breathwork - each week. 

Inspired by Parkour and natural movement concepts, we will explore freedom, balance, fear, creativity, strength and flow. Whilst introducing your body to playful and adventurous ways to move through the world. Including jumping, climbing, vaulting, hanging and balancing. Plus, breathwork exercises to help you on your journey.

You will become stronger, more agile, and capable in your body -

all completely supported by me every step of the way.

Let's explore together

Meeting once a week at different outdoor locations around Perth, we will be moving for 90 minutes, incorporating breathwork, and a whole heap of playful movement - think parkour and natural movement, jumping, climbing, vaulting, hanging and balancing. Along with weekly check ins, online support, encouragement and resources around play, movement and so much more! 

You will learn to embrace the playful spirit within you, whilst getting stronger, more agile, and more confident in your body and how it moves through the world.

Each week we will be exploring a different theme, both in our movement sessions and online. How do you embody - Freedom - Balance - Fear - Creativity - Strength - Flow - in your movement, in the challenges you face, and in your day-to-day life?

There is so much for us to explore together. 

All you need is a desire for play, some curiosity, and an open mind.

About me

  • I am a movement loving, eternally optimistic woman who is curious about everything. I am a nurturer who facilitates healing and has a habit of bringing about positive change wherever I go.

  • I am a Movement & Embodiment Coach, Parkour Instructor, & Breathwork Facilitator; and I am fascinated by the ways in which we can integrate and weave together healing with breath & movement.

  • I have been working in the health and community sector for almost 20 years, and I LOVE to approach movement through a lens of curiosity, exploration and playfulness.

  • When it comes to qualifications, I completed a Bachelor of Social Science in 2002, a Certificate III and IV in Fitness in 2009, and 450 hours of Transpersonal Breathwork Facilitator Training in 2017, which is recognised by the Australian Breathwork Association. I am also a coach with Perth Parkour Inc. and have done a range of workshops and training weekends in areas such as kettlebell training, boxing for fitness and Aqua fitness.

  • I have worked in the Community Development, Health Promotion and fitness Industry since 2003, and started training Parkour in 2016, and coaching not long after, in 2017.

  • I love to run movement classes and workshops, as well as speak at events, retreats and conferences about health, movement, Breathwork, and neurodiversity.

  • I am a solo parent to three amazing little humans, and we unschool. Which basically means we live life as if school doesn’t exist (as much as we can) and learn as we do life. The learning never stops.

  • My kids are the reason I got into Parkour, and they are amazing natural movers who constantly inspire and motivate me. They never fail to set me the BEST challenges.

  • I am neurodivergent (as are my children) - our brains deviate from society’s expectation of ‘typical’ or normal. We embrace our neurodivergence – we do not pathologise it. Diversity is beautiful.

  • I am passionate about inclusivity and ensuring the spaces I create and manage are safe, respectful and open. I will always welcome and reflect on feedback with an open heart and mind.
