INDIVIDUAL BREATHWORK SESSIONS
Investment: $110 - $220 per session.
Duration: From 1 to 2 hours depending on session type
Location: Breathing Space, South Fremantle every Monday & Studio H4, North Fremantle every Saturday
Appointment times: Mondays & Saturdays 10am - 5pm.
It is best to dress comfortably for movement, and it is advised not to eat at least one hour before.
*Breathwork is not always suitable for those with cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, some psychiatric conditions, psychosis, those having had recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious illness or epilepsy, severe hypertension, glaucoma or active spiritual emergency.
PACKAGES
Investing in a package is investing in yourself in more ways than one. Obviously you will receive a significant discount on your sessions, which is such a bonus. But more than that, you will have a consistent Breathwork practice with me by your side - completely supported and nurtured throughout your journey. Not to mention the potential for deep healing is multiplied and magnified when you work with me over a series of sessions. The physical and energetic trust, connection and rapport that builds over time when working with the same practitioner, allows for all sorts of magic to occur. It would be my absolute honour to guide that experience for you.
3 session 'Intro' package is $450 (save $90) 10 session package is $1500 investment (save $300)
All packages can be used within 12 months. ideally having a session at least once per month is best. Payment plans are available for those who need it. *No refunds on packages.
